Pues es más normal de lo que imaginas, a todas nos ha pasado alguna vez, para evitar esto, te recomendamos apostar por el maximo de concentración posible ! y en eso te puede ayudar un cronómetro, coloca allí el tiempo que vas a tomar en planificar, aquí algunas sugerencias:
- 20 minutos si vas a planificar tu mañana o tu tarde
- 35 minutos si vas a planificar el día completo (preferiblemente hazlo la noche anterior)
- 90 minutos si vas a planificar la semana completa
- 120 minutos si vas a planificar el mes
Una agenda: parece obvio, pero algunas personas planifican en una hoja, y eso está bien, pero es importante que le coloques día y hora preferiblemente, aunque nosotros preferimos hablar de momento (mañana, tarde, noche, al salir del trabajo, después del gimnasio, da un poco de menos estrés con respecto a la hora) entonces luego de que planifiques pasarlo a tu agenda será muy conveniente para bloquer el tiempo para esta actividad
