✨Del caos al control: cómo planificar con propósito y ganar productividad✨

✨From Chaos to Control: How to Plan with Purpose and Gain Productivity✨

How many times do we feel like the day flew by and we didn't do anything? This exhaustion without clear results has a lot to do with the big absentee in our routines: planning.

Today I want to talk to you about something that might sound structured or even overwhelming, but has the power to change your life: planning with intention.

As productivity consultant Cividini says:

"For every hour you plan, you save three hours of work. That's a lot."

And yes, it is. But it's not just about businesses. At home, in our personal projects, in our routine as a mom, entrepreneur, friend, woman... planning can be a powerful ally to live with more calm and purpose.

🌸 Lack of planning costs (and not just time!)

You might not know it, but many people don't even know the basic tools that exist to organize their week. Does it sound familiar to open Monday and say "let's see what I do"? That generates anxiety, disorder, and leaves us vulnerable to whatever comes our way.

When there's no structure, when we don't know where to start, it's easier to fall into the trap of social media, unfocused multitasking, or "doing a lot" but making little progress. And you're not alone! Even for large companies, this happens all the time.

🛠️ There are many tools. The important thing is to find your method.

It can be an app like Trello, ClickUp, Asana... or simply a paper planner (like ours, of course!). The important thing is that it's comfortable, intuitive for you, and that you use it every day. You don't need to be tech-savvy to plan well. The only essential thing is to sit down and do it.

💡 Tip: Set aside a moment on Friday or Sunday to plan your week. Block out time slots for everything (yes, even for rest). And leave free spaces for the unexpected. Not everything can be controlled, but we can create a map to guide us.

⏳ Classifying your tasks is freeing your time

One of the most common mistakes is not differentiating urgent tasks from important ones. And many times we end up doing what contributes the least: those things that are neither urgent nor important, but consume your day (hello, endless scrolling).

A good practice is to use the Eisenhower Matrix:

  • Urgent and important: do it now.

  • Urgent but not important: delegate it.

  • Important but not urgent: schedule it.

  • Neither urgent nor important: avoid it (or put it in your leisure time, but consciously).

📅 Technology, paper... or both.

What if I told you that you can have your paper planner AND also use an app or a digital calendar? It's not cheating! It's a way to have backup and flexibility. I love writing everything in my personalized planner: from medical appointments to ideas for new products, birthdays, or the weekly menu.

In fact, one of the things my clients tell me most is that by writing it in their planner, they feel more focused and motivated. It's like talking to your brain and telling it: "This is important."

🧠 Planning is also training your mind.

The act of planning not only organizes you: it connects you with your purpose. You are telling your mind: "This is what I want to achieve." And when you do that with love and constancy, everything starts to flow differently. You feel in control, less overwhelmed, more productive, and with more time for yourself.

💖 My invitation to you

If you feel like you're in a whirlwind, that it's hard to get started or focus, start small: write down three things you want to accomplish this week. Use your planner (or start one) and block 30 minutes to plan your days.

Transforming chaos into control begins with a blank page... and a strong desire to live with intention. ✨
