5 apps to help you stay organized

Smartphones are an essential part of our lives, and we can definitely use them to organize our time as a complement to our schedule. This week we'll share six apps you can use for this purpose:

1. TO DO REMINDER. This app, available on iOS and Android, lets you schedule your tasks with a voice assistant and assign reminders so you don't forget to do them. It also lets you sync important dates with your Facebook calendar and send reminders to your contacts.

2. FOCUS TO DO. This app is available on iOS and Android. It's ideal for focusing on a task. It lets you schedule tasks and time them as you estimate. It also comes with a built-in pomodoro system (focus on an activity for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break).

3. GOOGLE CALENDAR. This app is part of Google's suite of programs, available for Android and Apple phones, to sync your email, tasks, and meetings. It can even sync with Google Meet.

4. GOOGLE KEEP. This is a kind of virtual Post-it note that lets you save notes. We recommend it for texts you use frequently. For example, if you're an entrepreneur, you can save notes of your predefined greetings, like when someone contacts you for the first time and you need to explain how your purchasing process works. You can also save your bank account details so they can transfer them to you, or the address of your physical store. When you need these types of texts, just access them, copy, and paste them wherever you're working, and that's it!

5. TRELLO. This app is simply very useful because it allows you to maintain your own TO-DO list, to help you plan your content on social networks and create your own CRM (Customer Relation Manager).

We hope they serve you,
