How to pack your suitcase?
Share
Vacation is a time to rest and unwind. In this article, we'd love to share with you how to pack and how to plan your trip in general.
First, grab a notepad or a ToDo List, where you'll write down everything you want to bring for your trip. Divide it into: documents, things to do and fun, personal items, important items, clothing and accessories, and budget.
- In the Documents list, write down all your paperwork, ID, membership cards, and vouchers. For example, if it's an international trip, your passport, vaccination card, ticket, travel insurance, if you collect travel points, your card, etc.
- Tours and Fun: Take some time to organize the places you want to visit and write down your planned dates and what you'll need for the trip. For example, ask the travel agency or hotel for any documentation (write it in the documents section), clothing (write it under clothing), or personal items like sunscreen with a specific spectrum, a hat, etc.
- Personal Items: Try to review what you need and for how long, for example, if you are going on a 1-month trip, organize your items such as shampoo in a size that is comfortable for traveling but that will not generate extra expenses on the trip or consider it in your budget.
- Clothing and Accessories: Consider the time of year and whether the weather changes in your country or city of departure so you can take appropriate clothing to the airport or on the bus that suits the weather at your destination. Also, choose a color palette where everything coordinates so you can pack fewer pieces but still create a variety of looks and look fantastic. Use accessories that you wouldn't normally wear in your city or where you live to make the trip more fun.
- Budget, Always have a budget for big expenses like the ticket, hotel and meals, then entertainment, shopping for yourself and gifts.
I hope these tips have been helpful, and as a final recommendation, reserve space in your suitcase for shopping, bring recyclable bags, and even compact handbags that allow you to fit your purchases without having to buy another suitcase.
Happy journey!
