Marie Kondo's Method to organize not only your home but your life

This is home organization expert Marie Kondo's method for organizing our homes, and one we can apply to organizing our lives.

Most of these Asian methods help us understand in a simple way that just as a home can be well organized, it's also important to organize our lives. They invite us to visualize our things, to select what we need, and to get rid of all those that only take up space in our minds without contributing anything in return. As Kondo says, " Eliminate everything that doesn't bring us happiness."

The real purpose of decluttering isn't to reduce your possessions or clear spaces. The goal should be to spark joy every day by fulfilling our life purpose of being happy.

Here are three key points to achieving this:

- The first of them is 'expand your vision': just as it is ideal and necessary to have a happy, calm and happy life at home, Kurashi invites us to go a little further and consider what our ideal life is like and how we can adapt our living spaces (relationships, career, etc.), to do so , plan how to spend each day, setting goals for each role.

- The second would be 'let go of restrictions', Stop being your own enemies when it comes to achieving your goals and objectives: “Never stop imagining your ideal lifestyle.” One of the most important keys is give yourself time to find your kurashi , that is, take time for yourself, avoiding wasting it on less relevant tasks and stopping looking for excuses.

- The last of them is related to the previous one and consists of 'make space for what matters'. Once you're clear on what sparks joy, it's time to start. As Marie Kondo says, the ideal way to spend our time is determined by " how we spend it and with what and with whom we share it."

Kondo proposes a deep reflection, a further step in your system of order that also influences our way of understanding our life and that starts from the same principle, finding the things that bring us happiness and focusing on them, adapting our lives and our roles in life to enhance them, while we make room for them by removing all that is superfluous.
