Procrastinate

We always talk about procrastination as a synonym for laziness and as an antonym for productivity, but, Sometimes procrastination is simply a type of self-sabotage, and is often caused by insecurity and fear of failure (or even success and change).

We all have dreams and goals. And we all find all kinds of excuses not to do things, like saying

"I'm not inspired." "I don't have time." "He won't understand me." "I don't know enough." "I don't have enough money." "No one will like it." "I'll make a fool of myself." "It's impossible."

I can't even imagine the number of projects we're all missing out on because of fear and insecurity—things that I'm sure would make the world a little better, but that will remain mere ideas waiting to be turned into reality.

Sometimes we feel like someone has to come and give us permission to do something, but no, that person who has to give you permission is yourself.

I know you have dreams and ideas hidden deep inside you.

Let them out.

With love,

Vanessa
