Your purpose

If you've ever wondered why you get up every morning, keep reading this article.

We all have a reason, but sometimes we forget it, or we've simply never considered the real reason we do things, or we just feel lost.

The key to all of this, really, is to spend a few minutes asking yourself what your motive is, what your reason is, your because behind what you do, and if you really can't find anything important enough to you to motivate you to do it, maybe it's a sign that you shouldn't do it and find a way to change it.

If you're not entirely sure what your why is or whether you're on the right path, these exercises recommended by Iris Roig can help you reflect:

1. What are your 3 biggest goals this year?

2. What activities do you spend the most time on each day?

3. Looking at your answers to the first two questions... are they related? Do the activities you spend the most time on contribute to moving you closer to and making progress toward your most important goals, purposes, and dreams?

It's clear that it's not easy. It takes us all a while to find our path and our purpose, and there are some seasons in our lives when we just have to suck it up and do things that make us a little weak inside.

But it should never be permanent.

We all deserve to do something that makes our souls shine!
