Personalized Agenda - Planner

We specialize in personalized planners fully designed for you and your taste, from the cover, page content, colors, and accessories. We design them ourselves, print them, assemble them, decorate them, and ship them anywhere in Colombia and around the world.

Type of Diary: Hardcover diary 14 x 21 cm (half letter) in vertical or horizontal format, 1.5 mm thick, ring-bound or bound, with 75grms sugarcane bond paper sheets, opaline dividers or inserts, glassine paper (or according to supplier availability). Pages vary depending on the design, minimum 120 pages (60 sheets) maximum 300 pages (150 sheets) approximately.

How is the process? First, you tell us what you are looking for, how you want the planner, what you want it for, whether to write down to-dos by day and date, just lined or gridded paper, or free paper to draw on or write down meetings. Better yet, how do you want it (I left you some ideas above). We would love to know if it is for you or a gift, what colors or what reason you want it for (for example, a birthday present, Mother's Day, a wedding, etc.). With all this in mind, we

We'll also send you images so you can choose the ones you like, which we can use for the cover and back cover, and to design the inner pages (you can also send us your own images). We'll then send you a design for your approval, and if everything is okay, you'll confirm your purchase with 50% payment and the shipping address. We'll then print, bind, hand-decorate, and add accessories. We'll let you know when it's ready, sending you photos so you can make the remaining 50% payment and ship it to wherever you've indicated.

Hand-decorated: We use scrapbooking, an American technique for decorating paper. Once we have the design ready, we usually add some paper details like pockets, labels, envelopes, and other small items. Each planner is unique and different.

Accessories: We usually include accessories such as pencils, pens, post-its, bookmarks, clips, and details that match the concept of the agenda. There is no specific number of accessories, but there will always be something to go with the agenda.

Packaging: The diary comes in a box and will be packaged according to the shipment: if you pick it up in person, it will be in a paper bag; if the shipment is national, it will also be packaged in vinyl wrap; and if the shipment is international, it will also be in a cardboard box for export.

Additional things you can add: We have the service for hand-drawn illustration and caricature based on a photo that you send us, also the service of a hand-decorated box (It can be a cardboard box the size of a shoe box or MDF or pine with the person's name made in MDF, all hand-painted based on the concept of the agenda) This has an additional cost, you can check the product under "personalized agenda with box and name".

Delivery time: We generally take 1 to 5 days to prepare the preliminary design, once we send this, you can make any corrections you want, and once we have the final design and the advance payment, it will be ready in 2 to 7 days.

Corrections: You can make all the corrections you want before the final design is sent to print.

Payment methods: Within Colombia: Direct payment from the website, Davivienda bank transfer, or payment link to pay with credit card, Daviplata, Pse, Safety Pay, Grupo Servy, SuRed, Baloto, Paga Todo, among others. Outside Colombia: PayPal.

Domestic Shipping. Our price includes domestic shipping within Colombia. You can also pick up in person. We're located at 49th Street and 9th Street in Chapinero.

International Shipping: First, we must provide a freight quote. For this, we need the delivery address, city, country, and postal code. The freight rate will include all export costs within Colombia. It does not include import duties or taxes in the destination country. A commercial invoice, packing list, and Air Waybill or AWB are provided.
